powerball jackpot increases again to an estimated $290 million dollars since no one won it as of yet. Since there were no jackpot winners, the amount continues to increase. There were a few winners in Oklahoma, and Oregon which both had tickets with the matching 5 numbers, but no powerball. Gloria C. Mackenzie won the largest powerball prize in history at $590 million, and she took the lump sum payout of $370million.
